Local Shipping (Within Pakistan):

  • Shipping Fee: Free for orders above PKR 4,999

International Shipping:

  • Delivery Time: 7–14 business days
  • Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout based on destination

Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 12 hours of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Opened perfumes, body mists, cosmetics, or any beauty products (for hygiene reasons)

How to Initiate a Return

  3. Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

  • Exchanges are accepted for the same product in a different size, color, or variant.
