Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Local Shipping (Within Pakistan)
- Delivery Time: 3–5 business days
- Shipping Fee: Free for orders above PKR 4,999, otherwise a PKR 200 shipping fee applies
International Shipping
- Delivery Time: 7–14 business days
- Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout based on your destination
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email or SMS.
You can track your shipment directly on our website.
Note: Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or holidays. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate to avoid delivery issues.
Returns Policy
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on the following items:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Opened perfumes, body mists, or other beauty products (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at returns@factionco.store with your order number and reason for return.
- Our support team will guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping address.
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, a refund or exchange will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
- In the case of damaged or wrong items, we will cover all shipping costs.

- Exchanges are allowed for the same product in a different size, color, or variant.
- Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Our team will assist you with the exchange process. - The fastest way to get a new item is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
- Damages & Issues
- Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at support@factionco.store.
We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping charges. - Refund Policy
