Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Local Shipping (Within Pakistan)

  • Delivery Time: 3–5 business days
  • Shipping Fee: Free for orders above PKR 4,999, otherwise a PKR 200 shipping fee applies

International Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 7–14 business days
  • Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout based on your destination

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email or SMS.
You can track your shipment directly on our website.

Note: Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or holidays. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate to avoid delivery issues.

Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following items:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Opened perfumes, body mists, or other beauty products (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at returns@factionco.store with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our support team will guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping address.
  3. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, a refund or exchange will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  4. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
  • In the case of damaged or wrong items, we will cover all shipping costs.
